Job Details

Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Virginia
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support, and administer IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, and Connect:Direct solutions.

  • Design and maintain complex EDI integrations using BPML, AI Mapper, and various communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP).Set up and manage trading partner configurations, mailboxes, and PGP encryption.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable B2B solutions.

  • Support DevOps workflows and provide production support in UNIX/AIX environments.

  • Develop integration maps (EDI, XML, SAP IDOC, flat files, SQL) using tools like ITXA/WTX, Visual Mapper, and Application Integrator.

  • Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integrate with Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Jenkins.

  • Collaborate on gap analysis, documentation, and performance tuning of business processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with HIPAA X12 transactions (837, 834, 270, 276).

  • Strong background in Java 8, Shell scripting, UNIX, and DevOps practices.

  • Familiarity with UI frameworks like jQuery and AJAX.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
