About the Role:

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading organization to hire an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer with deep expertise in Customer Service Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring robust CSM solutions that align with business requirements. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow CSM modules based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations, workflows, and custom components.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance within the CSM platform.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and ServiceNow guidelines.
  • Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) CSM is required.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST APIs).
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM-specific modules (case management, portals, knowledge, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and based within the country.
