ProTech Services Group is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Construction
Salary 110K to 125K
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Extensive construction management experience
Minimal Travel mostly in Las Vegas for now, but could change so they would need to be up to traveling outside of Las Vegs.
Job Description:
The project manager II- construction position plans, directs, coordinates or budgets, usually through estimator and foremen, activities concerned with overseeing the building of a construction project from beginning to end. This position participates in the development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation. This position must possess the knowledge and experience to interact professionally with the design team.
Job Duties:
Exercise independent judgement when meeting with vendors and tenants on construction projects.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from a ward to completion, including solicitation of proposals from contractors, sub contractors/vendors through final walk-thorough and closeout.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications. Confer with supervisors and foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts of project activities.
Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
Workwithcontractadministratortomanagefinancialaspectsofcontractstoprotect
company s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the
customer.
May requisition supplies and materials to complete project.
10.Negotiate contracts.
11.Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and
clients.
12. Work with dispatcher to assign workers to construction sites to work on specified
projects.
13.Provides weekly updates to VP of Construction and Management Team.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position also directs the work of vendors and Client's maintenance personnel carrying out tasks related to Construction.
Required Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Drivers license
Preferred Education and Experience
1. At least three(3) years experience as a project manager.
2. Extensive construction management experience
3. Bachelor s Degree or trade school training.
