Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the Oracle Fusion professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance objectives and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team that consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Oracle Fusion professional services to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with the overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and business challenges and tailor services offerings to meet those needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning Oracle Fusion solutions as the best fit for their requirements.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the Oracle Fusion professional services sector.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and conduct regular reviews to ensure opportunities progress through the sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion product offerings and industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Oracle Fusion services to clients.
  • Lead the development of proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team and legal department.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MUST be in US) in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership with a focus on Oracle Fusion professional services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion products, services, and their value propositions.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
