Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the Oracle Fusion professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance objectives and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team that consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Oracle Fusion professional services to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify market trends and opportunities and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and business challenges and tailor services offerings to meet those needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning Oracle Fusion solutions as the best fit for their requirements.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the Oracle Fusion professional services sector.
- Manage the sales pipeline and conduct regular reviews to ensure opportunities progress through the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion product offerings and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Oracle Fusion services to clients.
- Lead the development of proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team and legal department.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MUST be in US) in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership with a focus on Oracle Fusion professional services.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion products, services, and their value propositions.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team effectively.
