- Manages AWS-based identity graph, customer profile services, and real-time sync pipelines
- Uses services like Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and Glue for real-time profile resolution
- Ensures API and event stream consistency across systems
- Maintains PII governance, encryption, and secure access controls.
