Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for technology projects.
- Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams.
- Create detailed documentation, including requirements, process flows, and meeting notes.
- Support application readiness and testing activities (UAT experience is a plus).
- Collaborate closely with project managers to track progress and identify risks.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (15+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience with Visio and Salesforce (nice to have).
- UAT experience (nice to have).
- Work in a highly structured, collaborative environment.
- Partner with an experienced project management team.
- Opportunity to ramp up with shadowing support in January.
