We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in API integrations and a working knowledge of Omni-Channel and Chat capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and configuration tools.
Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
Support Salesforce Omni-Channel features including Chat, Routing Configurations, and Service Console enhancements.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong experience in API development/integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Channel and Live Chat functionalities.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, especially around support channels.
Experience using tools like Postman, Workbench, VS Code with Salesforce CLI.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystem.
Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
