Job Summary:
We are seeking a BSA + QA Analyst with strong experience in the Auto Finance domain. The ideal candidate will have a blend of Business Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance skills, along with exposure to testing automation tools. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery through effective testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
Perform QA testing across various phases (functional, regression, UAT)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business needs
Work with automation tools (any exposure is acceptable)
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Required Skills:
Experience in Auto Finance domain (must-have)
Strong BSA + QA background
Any testing automation experience
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
