Job Title: Guidewire Techno-Functional / Functional BillingCenter Lead
Location: Remote
Type: Short-Term Contract (Potential for Long-Term)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire BillingCenter Lead (GW Cloud) to provide techno-functional and functional expertise in BillingCenter implementations. The role requires bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring the successful configuration, integration, and adoption of Guidewire BillingCenter on the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the initial assessment, planning, and strategy for a Guidewire BillingCenter Cloud implementation.

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define billing workflows, integration needs, and configuration strategies.

  • Provide functional and strategic guidance on BillingCenter capabilities, aligning solutions with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture, integrations, and cloud deployment strategies.

  • Identify potential challenges and recommend best practices for implementation and long-term optimization.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and train stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.

  • Support decision-making regarding long-term billing transformation and modernization strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading Guidewire BillingCenter implementations, preferably on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

  • Strong functional expertise in billing processes, including invoicing, payments, commissions, and integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud deployment and configuration.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, configurable solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with prior consulting experience.

  • Ability to work independently while also providing strategic direction for BillingCenter modernization initiatives.
