Job Title : Service Now Developer - DWS/DTS
Location: Taylorsville UT Remote
Duration: Long term
Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2 / C2C )
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions Supporting on DWS (Digital Workplace Service) and DTS (Digital Technology Services).
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop catalog items, service requests, and automation scripts.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
- Maintain documentation and provide support for ongoing enhancements and upgrades
