Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.

  • Manage SharePoint site architecture, handle user provisioning, and configure access permissions and roles.

  • Administer Azure and Entra ID environments, including identity governance, conditional access policies, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

  • Ensure infrastructure aligns with Microsoft security baselines and complies with industry standards such as ISO, NIST, and SOC 2.

  • Optimize Microsoft licensing by automating license assignment, deprovisioning, and usage tracking to drive cost efficiency.

  • Act as the primary liaison with Microsoft on licensing agreements, compliance requirements, and upcoming product roadmap changes.

  • Configure and support multitenant environments and cross-tenant collaboration, ensuring seamless integration and data governance.

  • Collaborate with managed service providers (MSPs) to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and manage escalation workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Microsoft cloud platforms, ensuring system availability and performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator supporting enterprise-level Microsoft environments

  • Proven expertise with Azure, including Active Directory management, access controls, and platform configurations

  • Hands-on experience as a SharePoint Administrator, including site collections, permissions, and customizations

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cloud security, and compliance frameworks


Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and system management

  • Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes is a strong plus
