Responsibilities

Oversee daily administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.

Manage SharePoint site architecture, handle user provisioning, and configure access permissions and roles.

Administer Azure and Entra ID environments, including identity governance, conditional access policies, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Ensure infrastructure aligns with Microsoft security baselines and complies with industry standards such as ISO, NIST, and SOC 2.

Optimize Microsoft licensing by automating license assignment, deprovisioning, and usage tracking to drive cost efficiency.

Act as the primary liaison with Microsoft on licensing agreements, compliance requirements, and upcoming product roadmap changes.

Configure and support multitenant environments and cross-tenant collaboration, ensuring seamless integration and data governance.

Collaborate with managed service providers (MSPs) to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and manage escalation workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Microsoft cloud platforms, ensuring system availability and performance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator supporting enterprise-level Microsoft environments

Proven expertise with Azure, including Active Directory management, access controls, and platform configurations

Hands-on experience as a SharePoint Administrator, including site collections, permissions, and customizations

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cloud security, and compliance frameworks
Preferred Skills

Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and system management

Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes is a strong plus
