Who You Are

You love solving puzzles and helping customers succeed.

You have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with MICROS F&B POS solutions (Simphony, RES 3700, PAYMENTS, Reporting & Analytics).

You know your way around networks, PCs, and databases - writing SQL queries doesn't scare you.

You understand how restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses run and what they expect from their POS systems.

You're comfortable troubleshooting in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You're ready to jump in, take ownership, and run with it - whether that's fixing an urgent issue or training a new hire.

Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a big plus!
