Role : Lead Business System Analyst

Location: Cincinnati & Columbus, OH

Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Contract to hire)

MOI : Telephonic & MS Teams

Primary Skills: SNOWFLAKE, DATASTAGE, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.

Need Candidates with a Minimum of 10 Years of Experience. This is an Onsite/Hybrid Model.

Job Description:

As a Lead BSA Analyst, you will work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and build/manage the product backlog.

Key EDW technologies include Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERTISE IN EDW (ENTERPRISE DATA WAREHOUSE) USING SNOWFLAKE, DATASTAGE, PYTHON/PYSPARK, INFOGIX & TABLEAU

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, the product owner, and team members.
  • Work in an Agile environment and is expected to take requirements and effectively develop Features and User Stories with the team.
  • Work with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to facilitate and gather requirements, including documenting the source to target data mappings.
  • Work with Product Owner and other SMEs to refine Epics which trigger creation of Features and User-Stories
  • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members.
  • These meetings should result in user stories ready to be prioritized into the backlog.
  • Participates in the identification, quantification, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Responsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirements to the Scrum Master.
