Summary:
The Enterprise Systems Analyst will provide technical support and development within the IBM Maximo platform and other enterprise applications. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet evolving business needs. The analyst will conduct system analysis, design, and implementation aligned with the company's information systems architecture, specializing in enterprise applications such as Maximo, Infor, and SharePoint.

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of IBM Maximo and enterprise systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements:
- Experience Levels:
- Level III: 4+ years in enterprise systems design and management (or 8 years equivalent experience).
- Level IV: 6+ years in enterprise systems design and management (or 10 years equivalent experience).
- Level V: 8+ years in enterprise systems architecture and management (or 12 years equivalent experience).
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Technical Skills:
- Enterprise systems implementation and management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with APIs, REST services, and security best practices.
Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Support: Configure and implement enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide tier 2/3 support.
- System Analysis & Design: Gather user requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into application requirements.
- Project Management: Prepare project plans, coordinate resources, and manage consultants for system development.
- Documentation & Research: Maintain technical documentation and research potential system solutions.
- Standards Development: Establish standards and procedures for enterprise application environments.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
Experience Levels & Role Scope:
- Level III: Independently manages systems and leads small projects.
- Level IV: Leads projects and provides technical leadership across IT functions.
- Level V: Oversees major projects and serves as an expert technical resource.
