COBOL Mainframe Programmer (W2 Only)

Here is what I need to see (IMHO) to warrant qualifying a candidate deeply:

• COBOL, DB2, etc. 10+ years (JCL, DB2, CNTL-M, online/batch, etc.)
• Prior roles with DWD in the State of WI (ideally) or similar in other states
• Prior roles supporting Welfare Systems at the state level (like Child Care Child Welfare (CCCW) in WI)
• .NET Exposure (nice to have)

Work Arrangement:

• Must be able to come on-site as needed with sufficient notice.
• The candidate must be a current resident of Wisconsin. If not a current WI resident, the candidate must be relocated by the start date.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server
• ASP.Net Core, WebAPI or REST services
• Business knowledge of state-run welfare programs
• Familiarity with Wisconsin privacy regulations
• Experience in technical writing and system lifecycle documentation

• RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB preferred)
• CPU: Any 64-bit Intel or ARM-based Mac
