QUALIFICATIONS:
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $165,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually. Actual
salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may di?er. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. World Wide Technology Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Strategic Program Manager within the Public Sector. The Strategic Program Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale transformational client initiatives. The individual will be required to engage and work with technical and global teams across a large distributed and matrixed organization. They should be able to demonstrate strong presentation and public speaking skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum of five years of active Complex Program or Portfolio Management or Directing experience.
- Currently holds an active security clearance or has the ability to obtain one.
- Program Management and/or PMP certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree, master's degree preferred.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) Experience.
- Wide range of methodology experience, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, certification, or proven experience.
- Experienced with emerging or commodity technologies, such as Cloud, AI, Route Switch, Cyber Security, UC, Genesis, Wireless and Application Services.
- Cyber Security experience a plus.
- Professional Services direct customer experience strongly preferred.
- Tool Experience - Smartsheet, MS Project, Flow Charting, Salesforce CRM, PPM tools, and Service Now experience a plus.
- Supply Chain process experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the portfolio of work and projects align with the business benefits and success criteria of the scope(s) of work.
- Navigate client's organizational structure to identify impacts, stakeholders, and authorities.
- Define a clear and relevant governance structure based on stakeholder analysis, including defined roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee the execution of multiple service delivery models focused on continuous improvement and adapting to the changing landscape of the service industry.
- Facilitate and drive decision-making processes where and when appropriate.
- Work with leadership and technical leads to staff and resource the portfolio of work appropriately.
- Define a process for monitoring and managing program and technical issues; and adequate reporting and plans are in place to resolve issues and risks as they arise.
- Working closely with the assigned technical leads to build high-performance teams and a successful program.
- Maintain communication with program stakeholders based on the need to know and impact the program.
- Work well with both PMO and engineering resources to remove roadblocks and streamline processes.
- Track customer-specific program metrics and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
- Prepare and present program status and communication relevant to stakeholders, leadership, and external customers.
- Ensure efficiency with Client Project Management Methodology processes and tool expertise.
- Assemble and manage cross-organizational high-performance teams for high-complexity programs and projects, creating a collaborative environment and executing with a sense of urgency.
- Define effective Change Control methods and procedures and oversee the operational execution of the policies across project teams.
- Practice effective critical thinking skills with the fortitude to drive resolutions to a close.
- Manage all budgeting, forecasting, and financials to meet targets and expectations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Project Managers and other team members as needed to achieve optimal productivity and the highest quality of deliverables.
- Ensure the successful onboarding and offboarding of program resources.
- Function as the primary customer contact for program activities and lead program review sessions with the customer and/or leadership to address cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Work with the sales organization to provide presales support and estimates for program delivery, resource requirements and level of effort, estimated durations and overall governance expectations.
- Plan and facilitate comprehensive Program Launch Workshops (PLWs) ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, informed, and motivated to launch a new program or initiative.
