Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement reliability plans that support increasing the uptime of production equipment.
2. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
3. Utilize tools such as Rockwell, FMEA, DOE, PDM, and Lean Six Sigma to improve equipment reliability and performance.
4. Conduct Preventive and Predictive Maintenance planning and scheduling.
5. Develop and implement reliability standards, guidelines, and procedures.
6. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure reliability principles are incorporated into product designs.
7. Lead and manage reliability improvement projects.
8. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related work experience.
2. Experience in Reliability Engineering or high-level Maintenance Technician within the manufacturing industry.
3. Certification in CMRP or CMRT, CRE is a plus.
4. Proven experience with PLCs and HMIs is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability best practices.
