Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Decisioning Architect (Lead Decisioning Architect - LDA) to lead the design and implementation of next-best-action strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate will have deep experience in decisioning logic, adaptive analytics, and real-time event processing with strong Pega CDH and NBA (Next Best Action) experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Lead Decisioning Architect for large-scale Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementations.
- Design and implement Next-Best-Action strategies, customer journeys, and adaptive decisioning models.
- Lead requirement gathering, technical solutioning, and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, data science, and business teams to optimize customer engagement across channels.
- Configure and deploy Pega Decision Strategies, Arbitration, Predictive Models, Adaptive Models, and Interaction History.
- Provide leadership in NBA Designer, Strategy Designer, and Engagement Policy Framework configuration.
- Ensure best practices in data modeling, integration, performance tuning, and governance within Pega CDH.
- Support continuous delivery/integration and DevOps practices in a cloud or hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Pega Decisioning/CDH.
- Pega Certified Decisioning Architect (PCDA) or Lead Decisioning Architect (PCDLDA) is a must.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Pega CDH, including NBA Designer, Strategy Framework, Arbitration, and Adaptive Models.
- Experience integrating Pega CDH with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and database connectors.
- Knowledge of data science concepts, A/B testing, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Excellent understanding of Pega DSM (Decisioning and Strategy Management) and real-time decisioning use cases.
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to drive collaboratio
