About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Rest Integration, Service Portal, and UI Builder, with added advantage if certified application developer and experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues of ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
  • Explore and implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
  • Support CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
  • Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
  • Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
  • Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.

Preferred & Flexible Qualifications:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Exposure to NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
  • Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
