Epic Cadence Analyst - REMOTE (EST)
The Epic Cadence Analyst will join the Patient Access Team at one of The Select Group's healthcare clients to support a large guided scheduling project. This position requires a highly skilled contractor with deep expertise in Epic Cadence, specifically focusing on decision trees within guided scheduling. The consultant will need to hit the ground running and contribute to both front-end and back-end work. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Epic Cadence Certification: Must hold the official certification for Epic Cadence.
- 5+ Years of Cadence Experience: Proven experience working with the Epic Cadence module.
- Expertise in Guided Scheduling: Strong background in using guided scheduling within Epic.
- Expertise in Decision Trees: In-depth knowledge of designing and managing decision trees for scheduling workflows.
- Back-End Project Experience: Experience with handling ticket requests, system configuration, and project-related back-end tasks.
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required.
- Epic Cadence Certification: Required.
Onboarding:
- Background Check (BGC)
- Drug Test
- Support Guided Scheduling Project: Contribute to a large-scale guided scheduling initiative.
- Design and Manage Decision Trees: Work specifically on developing and optimizing decision trees within the scheduling process.
- Collaborate with Patient Access Team: Work closely with the team to understand project needs and provide solutions using Epic Cadence.
- Handle Back-End Tasks: Support ticket requests and resolve issues related to system configuration and project implementation.
- Ensure System Integrity: Ensure that all decision trees and guided scheduling processes work seamlessly within the Epic Cadence framework.
