RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fully Remote Systems Engineer III to join their team.
Summary:
The Systems Engineer III will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of M365 services, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our global IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement advanced M365 solutions, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Security & Compliance features
* Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient M365 solutions
* Lead migrations and upgrades of M365 services, ensuring minimal impact on end-users and business operations
* Provide third-level support for M365-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain a stable and secure environment
* Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and Microsoft 365 updates to recommend and implement improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Microsoft Certified
* 7+ years of proven experience working with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments, with a focus on design and implementation
* Experience with M365 migration projects, including hybrid environments
* Expertise in configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services
* In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance features
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management methodologies
* Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration tasks; Using these skills in a DevOps role is a must
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
