Your primary responsibility will be to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the client's business objectives and market needs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze user feedback through various channels to pinpoint customer pain points and areas for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and engineering teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, scheduling feature releases and updates in accordance with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives from concept through launch.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive product documentation to communicate updates and requirements to all stakeholders.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-focused company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, user testing, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for clearly articulating product vision and complex ideas.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience, particularly in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical proficiency, with an understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional growth in the product management field.
