Job Details

Location : Plano , TX or Tampa , FL (Onsite role) 
 
 Job Descrption 

  • Strong background in Mainframe infrastructure—this is not a routing/network engineering role.

  • Deep knowledge of network security in mainframe environments and encryption fundamentals.

  • Experience with:

    • ICSF (Integrated Cryptographic Service Facility)

    • z/OS network security

    • zERT (z/OS Encryption Readiness Technology)

  • Hands-on experience with cryptographic protocols, including post-quantum / quantum-safe algorithms (lattice-based, hash-based, code-based).

  • Familiarity with mainframe network protocols:

    • z/OS, VTAM, TCP/IP, APPN, IPSEC

  • Experience in mainframe modernization and migration projects.

  • Certifications such as:

  • CISSP

  • IBM z/OS Mainframe Practitioner

  • Marist z/OS Certificate

  • Scripting/automation experience (not mandatory but a strong plus):

  • REXX, JCL, Python
