100% Remote - Immediate interviews for Senior ServiceNow developer (Must have CSM, GlideAPI experience) - 12 months contract
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience developing and administering ServiceNow
Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow to external platforms via Web Services and REST APIs
Experience with designing and configuring Customer, Contractor, and Service Portals
Deep understanding and experience with CSM/TSM, FSM, and Change Management modules (ServiceNow Event Management and Google Map development is a plus)
Experience with development of the Mobile Agent app
Experience with Access Control Lists, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Data Policies, Flow, and Workspaces
Knowledge of Agile development practices
High proficiency in software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and build processes
Core Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the existing integration landscape.
Design & Development: Gather requirements from internal stakeholders (Chad, Catherine) and external clients to design and develop new integrations.
Migration & Modernization: Lead the effort to migrate the existing API integration code to a Low-Code/No-Code solution.
Technical Environment & Requirements:
The current environment involves integrations with 12 external applications (e.g., LDAP, SolarWinds, T-Mobile).
Integrations primarily use the REST API protocol and are approximately 7 years old.
The integrated ServiceNow modules include Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Event Management.
Strong experience with JavaScript and GlideAPI is a mandatory technical requirement.
