Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Job Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for defining customer needs in both technical and business contexts. The role ensures that proposed solutions meet customer objectives and provides guidance on planning and prioritization of business support activities.


Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document user requirements to meet business objectives, organizing information into a logical document.
  • Guide technical and customer departments in developing systems that support business solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer about business unit directions to support teams.
  • Ensure accurate deployment of solutions through problem log reviews, test plans, and analysis activities.
  • Provide input on business direction for system changes.
  • Validate business needs for solutions to problems and process improvements.
  • Assist in developing and documenting training materials and mentor less experienced staff.
