Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer for a hybrid position based in Wisconsin. This role requires strong mobile development expertise, with a focus on creating scalable, user-friendly Android applications for enterprise use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

  • Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, tools, and trends.

  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Android applications.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Android development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

  • Solid understanding of the Android SDK, Material Design, and UI/UX standards.

  • Experience with Android Jetpack components, MVVM/MVP architecture, and dependency injection (e.g., Dagger/Hilt).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and offline storage solutions.

  • Proficient with Git, Gradle, and mobile CI/CD practices.

  • Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
