Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field

Advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (asset)

Required Skills:
7+ years of hands-on experience with Anypoint / Mule platform.
Strong experience in Application Integration Architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOAP and REST.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce and MuleSoft.
Proficiency in J2EE, Design Patterns, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, Spring Framework, and handling XML and JSON.
Strong knowledge of ESB, Mule Connectors Manager, and RAML design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Intermediate-level Java, Python, or other modern programming languages.
Experience converting existing integrations to MuleSoft.
Familiarity with IT Standards, including ITIL.

Overview:
The MuleSoft Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role requires strong technical expertise in application integration, API development, and enterprise service bus (ESB) design. The developer will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with enterprise integration standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Implement MuleSoft solutions following best practices and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
Perform development and support activities for the integration development team.
Develop and deploy Mule projects on CloudHub, implementing Exception Handling, Logging, and Auditing.
Participate in all phases of development, including validations and business logic implementation.
Manage end-to-end project development, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Work closely with architects and business analysts to develop service-related strategies, including versioning, upgrades, and production monitoring.
Set up Mule ESB for development environments.
Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
Take ownership of assigned projects, managing statuses, and timelines effectively.
Perform data analysis and profiling against source systems.
Provide technical guidance and solutions to integration challenges.
Conduct unit testing covering both positive and negative scenarios.
