Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across various application layers.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technology stack.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong experience in Java development and Relational Database Systems.
- Expertise in writing both simple and complex SQL queries.
- Proven experience (5+ years) with ORM tools, preferably Spring + Hibernate, and a strong understanding of JPA.
- Solid foundation in Core Java concepts, including:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Java Collections Framework
- Exception Handling
- Multi-threading
- In-depth knowledge of Java EE (JEE) architecture, concepts, and technologies.
