Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation for:

    • Finance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

    • Vendor and supply chain management procedures.

    • Asset management (software and hardware) practices.

    • Change management and governance frameworks.

    • Business and data management processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.

  • Translate complex technical and business information into clear, actionable content suitable for diverse audiences.

  • Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control practices.

  • Maintain documentation repositories using tools such as Confluence, Google Docs, Wikis, and Data Catalogs.

  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and knowledge transfer by ensuring all documentation meets governance and accessibility requirements.
