Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation for:
Finance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Vendor and supply chain management procedures.
Asset management (software and hardware) practices.
Change management and governance frameworks.
Business and data management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
Translate complex technical and business information into clear, actionable content suitable for diverse audiences.
Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control practices.
Maintain documentation repositories using tools such as Confluence, Google Docs, Wikis, and Data Catalogs.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and knowledge transfer by ensuring all documentation meets governance and accessibility requirements.
