Technical Expertise Required
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Genesys ecosystem, with specialized knowledge in Genesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (iWD) and multi-channel routing.
Genesys Architecture & Framework
- Deep understanding of Genesys system architecture On-Prem, including design for scalability, high-availability, and security.
- Expertise in component interactions (Interaction Server, URS, Stat Server, Config Server, Message Server, T-Server).
- Administration of core Genesys components using Configuration Manager (CME) and Genesys Administrator Extension.
Genesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (iWD)
- Expertise in iWD configuration: positions, workbins, and workload types.
- End-to-end routing design for iWD Work, Email, File Server Capture, and API-based interactions.
- Experience with SLA-based prioritization and distribution logic.
- IWD Rules Engine: Design and implementation of dynamic routing rules for prioritization, eligibility, assignment, and escalation.
Routing & Integration
- Development of routing strategies using Genesys Composer or Architect.
- Multi-channel workflow design (email, File Capture, and work items).
- File Server Capture Interface: Configuration of file monitoring for document ingestion and automated classification/routing.
- Email Integration / Microsoft Graph API: Experience integrating mailboxes via Microsoft Graph API, including OAuth2 authentication, email parsing, and conversion to work items.
Reporting & Database
- Genesys Pulse: Configuration and customization of real-time dashboards (KPIs, Stat Server tuning).
- Genesys InfoMart & SAP BusinessObjects (BO): Design of historical reports using InfoMart data structures, and report creation/analysis using SAP BO.
- Oracle Database: Strong understanding of Oracle DB Tables and schema; ability to write complex SQL queries for reporting, data extraction, and troubleshooting.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Experience using Genesys logs, Pulse, ICON, and historical data for root cause analysis.
- System health monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
