Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce platforms to lead QA initiatives across Salesforce implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce testing knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to design and drive test strategies in Agile/DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Leadership & Management

• Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud).
• Lead QA teams (onsite and offshore), assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure testing aligns with business requirements.

Salesforce Testing

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across Salesforce customizations, configurations, and workflows.
• Validate Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, APIs, and data flows.
• Ensure proper validation of Salesforce integrations with third-party applications (e.g., middleware, ERP, CRM extensions).

Automation & Tools

• Implement and manage automation frameworks for Salesforce testing (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado, Tricentis Tosca).
• Integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Copado DevOps).
• Manage and track test execution and defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or qTest.

Agile / DevOps Collaboration

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous testing, release readiness, and deployment validation.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain QA documentation including test plans, scripts, execution reports, and defect metrics.
• Provide test status updates, risk assessments, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead / Test Manager role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce testing across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, and Salesforce data model.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Provar, Copado, etc.).
• Proficiency with Agile/DevOps methodologies, test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Desired Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified QA Specialist).
• Experience with Copado DevOps Center or Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of data migration testing (ETL, Informatica, MuleSoft).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) integrated with Salesforce
