We're looking for highly skilled and proactive SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to ensure the performance, availability, and security of our database infrastructure.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the job description, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. Extensive hands-on experience with SQL Server high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) solutions
2. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and system failures.
3. Proficiency in SQL and PowerShell scripting, with a focus on automation, proactive monitoring, and custom reporting.
4. Commitment to supporting a 24x7 production environment, including participation in on-call rotations and availability for off-hours maintenance and incident response.
