Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with extensive IT project experience. The ideal candidate will bring 10 13 years of expertise, a proven track record in writing user stories, and strong knowledge of GxP (Good Practice) regulations. Clinical domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

  • Assess existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems.

  • Develop test plans and coordinate testing activities to validate business requirements and system quality.

  • Document process flows, business rules, user guides, and other project artifacts.

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project milestones and resolve issues.

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication on project status, changes, and impacts.

  • Perform manual and functional testing, including system integration, regression, and UAT.

  • Develop and execute test plans, strategies, scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Track and resolve defects in collaboration with the development team using JIRA.

  • Contribute effectively to projects in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

  • 10 13 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT projects.

  • Proven expertise in writing user stories.

  • Strong understanding of GxP requirements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
