Security Engineer
We are seeking a mid-level Security Engineer to join a great team, responsible for the implementation, administration, and monitoring of security tools and solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Information Security within a mid-sized corporate environment.
This position requires 2-3 days a week on-site in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce Information Security and Data Retention standards.
- Monitor internal and external cyber threats, investigate security events and alerts.
- Correlate data and use analytical techniques to investigate security incidents.
- Support the tuning and iteration of monitoring, analysis, and forensic tools.
- Propose and implement improvements in security tools and processes.
- Analyze security vulnerabilities and recommend effective remediation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer.
- Expertise in security products, automation, and administration.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
- Strong understanding of information security best practices and event log analysis.
- Familiarity with Internet protocols, Windows environments, and CVEs.
- Experience with ATT&CK framework, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
