- Develop and maintain data quality metrics including fill rates and completeness assessments Create comprehensive data analysis reports and visualizations
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data integration and utilization Design and implement data models that support marketing and healthcare initiatives Identify trends and patterns in large datasets to drive business decisions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst
- 4+ years experience working with Salesforce platforms
- Proven experience working with large datasets (10M+ records)
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Expert knowledge of SQL and JSON
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
