Responsibilities

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to join our Demand MarTech innovative team dedicated to elevating awareness, ensuring access, accelerating healing, and sustaining health for all. As part of our mission to provide spiritually centered, holistic care, you'll help drive data-informed decisions that improve healthcare outcomes and community wellness.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets within Salesforce Data Cloud to derive actionable insights Create Segments within Data Cloud
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics including fill rates and completeness assessments Create comprehensive data analysis reports and visualizations
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data integration and utilization Design and implement data models that support marketing and healthcare initiatives Identify trends and patterns in large datasets to drive business decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst
  • 4+ years experience working with Salesforce platforms
  • Proven experience working with large datasets (10M+ records)
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and JSON
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud experience
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Marketing analytics experience
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
  • Additional Salesforce certifications

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.
  • 4 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
