Overview

This is a remote position that may only be hierd in the following location: North Carolina.

This position for creating design solutions for digital products, services and channels through collaboration with designers, product owners, product managers, developers and business stakeholders. Provides expert consultation on the creation of digital experiences that align to client expectations, needs, and ease of access. Leads aspects of design and user testing for cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives. Works closely with Information Technology (IT) teams on digital deliverables. Facilitates the strategic execution of developed digital enhancements and initiatives through strong technical acumen.

Responsibilities

  • UX Design - Monitors and enhances the Bank's digital user experience by creating and iterating user journey maps, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and other artifacts. Ensures that digital products, services, and channels deliver an efficient, easy-to-use experience for clients. Guides the design process of digital products, services, and channels for successful integration and user acceptance.
  • User Research & Testing - Writes and executes test plans prior to implementation for new designs, monitoring and researching results to ensure the successful implementation of digital products, services, or channel enhancements. Works to resolve issues.
  • Collaboration - Works closely with project teams and other stakeholders in the enhancement and implementation of strategic initiatives throughout the Bank. Coordinates digital deliverables with the IT department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in User Experience (UX)

Preferred Area of Study: UX Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI)Preferred Area of Experience: Financial Services IndustryLicense or Certification Type: null nullSkill(s): Understanding of digital design, user experience, interaction design and information architecture., Understanding of design patterns and visual design systems., Understanding of the internet, web application development, and system design., Experience in wireframing/rapid prototyping and related software (e.g. Axure, Figma, Adobe Sketch)., Understanding of how research and analytics data can help guide design decisions., Experience conducting usability studies, moderating sessions, and communicating insights.
