About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable and high-performance applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve system reliability, and contribute to cutting-edge software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
? Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
? Implement and optimize backend services using Java, ensuring efficient data processing and robust APIs.
? Develop modern UI components using Angular, creating seamless, responsive user experiences.
? Architect and deploy applications on cloud-native platforms such as OpenShift, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
? Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Karate, and Playwright to ensure software quality.
? Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to drive technical discussions, propose innovative solutions, and enhance system reliability.
? Participate in code reviews, agile development practices, and continuous integration workflows.
? Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues across the tech stack to ensure high availability and resilience.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent expertise through work, consulting, education, or military experience.
Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools, including Selenium, Karate, and Playwright. Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalable microservices design.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Ability to solve complex engineering challenges with data-driven approaches.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and its ecosystem.
? Knowledge of distributed systems, container security, and infrastructure automation.
? Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation for testing and deployment.
? Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for building impactful solutions.
