Job Description:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer to join our team in McLean, VA, for a full-time onsite position. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience with Java technologies and be well-versed in both backend and frontend components. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a solid understanding of Agile practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, MVC, JPA, Hibernate
• Proficient in developing and integrating RESTful and SOAP-based services
• Solid understanding and experience with SQL and Angular (JavaScript)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform
• Hands-on experience with development tools:
  • Git, Jenkins, Maven, JMeter, SonarQube
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using
  JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
