Technical Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Technical Business Analyst to join our team in a data processing environment where accuracy and quality are our top priorities. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and analytical mindset to drive data solutions that enhance business operations and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights while ensuring high levels of accuracy.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their needs, providing solutions that align with their goals.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis and support ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
• Manage batch processing schedules, ensuring timely and precise execution of data jobs.
• Write clear and concise user stories that effectively communicate requirements for development teams.
• Design and document processes, workflows, and project specifications to support project execution and quality assurance.
• Apply your knowledge of loyalty programs to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and processing.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• Experience in writing documentation and creating process flows.
