We are seeking a dedicated IT Program Manager to lead a group of related IT projects within a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall program vision, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy.
- Oversee multiple related IT projects to ensure coordinated execution and delivery of intended business outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance at both project and program levels.
- Establish governance frameworks, decision-making structures, and reporting processes.
- Mentor and provide direction to Project Managers and Business Analysts within the program.
- Communicate program progress, key milestones, and risks through executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement within the program delivery framework and support organizational change management.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–18 years of professional experience, including 8–12 years of progressive IT project and/or program management experience.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead through influence across departments and executive levels.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree (MBA, MIS, or related discipline) is preferred.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PgMP are highly regarded.
- Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe Program Consultant is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with project and program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
