Project Engineer Your Role
As a Project Engineer, you'll be a key player in the coordination and execution of a large-scale vertical construction project. You'll support field operations, manage documentation, and ensure that project milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize safety in all aspects of daily project activities.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
- Support sustainable building practices and LEED coordination.
- Track material deliveries and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on purchasing and scope reviews.
- Maintain progress photos and assist with project reporting.
- Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with project close-out, including warranties and final documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar document control systems.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with construction technology platforms.
