Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for ION trading systems and associated components.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade lifecycle, pricing, market data, and integration.

Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose effective solutions using ION tools and automation.

Monitor system performance and ensure trading platform stability and uptime.

Liaise with internal technology and business teams to ensure smooth trade flow and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain and enhance documentation for support processes and integration patterns.

Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent support issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ION Trading Systems (e.g., ION MarketView, Anvil, etc.).

Deep understanding of ION architecture, components, and integration patterns.

Strong knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, repos, and FX trading products.

Solid grasp of trade lifecycle, market data, risk, and compliance concepts.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving production issues.

Experience working with front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a regulated financial environment.

Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) and automation tools.

Understanding of regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, etc.

Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
