Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions to meet those needs
Develop and implement integrations using various technologies such as APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and other data formats
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful integration implementation
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Monitor and maintain existing integrations, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
Develop and maintain documentation of integration designs, configurations, and testing results
Provide training and support to end-users on integration functionality and usage
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business integrations, data analysis, or related field
Strong understanding of business processes and systems, including ERP, CRM, and supply chain management
Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and other data formats
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft
Fluent in Italian
Certification in business integrations, data analysis, or related field
