Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies.
  • Use design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to develop design solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive and accessible design solutions aligned with branding standards.
  • Apply UX design principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
  • Support Agile development cycles with wireframes and prototypes transitioning from sketch to visual fidelity.
  • Create graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture.
  • Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience in UX/UI design for enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams simultaneously.
  • Prior experience with State of Texas or other State Health & Human Services agencies preferred.
