Position Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Enablement Specialist to drive user adoption, proficiency, and business value across our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on training end users, creating learning resources, and enabling teams to maximize the benefits of Salesforce. The ideal candidate is passionate about user enablement, enjoys teaching, and has hands-on Salesforce experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & User Enablement
    • Develop and deliver engaging Salesforce training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).
    • Create tailored training programs for different user groups (sales, service, marketing, executives).
    • Provide onboarding sessions for new Salesforce users.
    • Offer re and advanced training to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Content Development
    • Create user-friendly documentation, job aids, how-to guides, and e-learning materials.
    • Maintain a Salesforce knowledge base with FAQs and quick reference guides.
    • Produce training videos, webinars, and interactive tutorials.
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Act as a Salesforce evangelist to drive user adoption and maximize ROI.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and training needs.
    • Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
    • Support change management initiatives related to Salesforce releases and new features.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Business Analysts to translate system functionality into user-friendly processes.
    • Conduct hands-on workshops and Q&A sessions.
    • Provide post-training support to ensure continued learning and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3 5+ years of experience in training, user enablement, or Salesforce support.
    • Experience in Salesforce end-user training strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant clouds).
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
    • Proficiency with e-learning and training tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar).
    • Experience with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Confluence).
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
    • Strong organizational and content development abilities.
    • Passion for helping others succeed with technology.

Preferred Certifications (a plus):

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent Salesforce certification).
  • Salesforce Accredited Sales/Service Enablement Specialist.
  • Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or similar.
