Noblis MSD is seeking Electrical Engineers with an active Secret Clearance in Lakehurst, NJ.
Noblis MSD's mission is to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

This requisition covers multiple positions, including:
- Electrical Engineer, Mid Level
- Electrical Engineer, Senior Level
Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, conducting simulations, and performing analysis to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Effective communication and documentation of technical information will be crucial, as you will prepare reports, manuals, and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to integrate electrical solutions into larger systems.
- Facilitate fleet implementation and fielding plans.
- Also oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide feedback and lessons learned for test plans and technical documentation
- Follow all applicable regulations, including ISO and company policies, procedures, and standards.
Required Qualifications
Mid Level
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Requires minimum of three (3) years of electrical engineering experience.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Salary Range: $77,000 - $120,275
Senior Level
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Requires minimum of three (10) years of electrical engineering experience.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Salary Range: $93,200 - $145,550
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical system concepts.
- Navigation sub systems Subject Matter Expert Preferred.
- Knowledge of basic project management principles to include but not limited to planning, organizing, directing and controlling organizational resources in order to meet goals and objectives.
- Experienced in specific to Naval maintenance and upkeep processes is a plus.
- Ability to interact with multiple Navy activities and effectively communicate technical information with all levels of personnel both military and civilian.
- Active clearance preferred.
