We are seeking highly accomplished Consult Partners specializing in Data & AI to join a rapidly expanding professional advisory division within a leading global technology services company.

As a Consult Partner, you will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and creating strategic change agendas within our largest accounts, spanning the intersection of complex Business and IT customer solutions. This role demands a strong presence, deep industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development, driving profitable growth, and leading your team to success.

As a Consult Partner, you'll be at the forefront of digital innovations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead customized client engagements, delivering valuable insights, strategies, and roadmaps that bring business value through modern and emerging technologies, particularly within the AI and digital transformation landscape.
• Business Development & Growth: Leverage your existing network within the to identify, originate, develop, and close new business deals with C-level clients. You'll team with account leadership to drive account planning and lead pursuit teams in developing winning proposals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, senior-level business and technology relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring continuous value delivery.
• Industry & technology domain expertise: Bring deep, differentiated industry expertise in banking/financial services, offering compelling success stories and points of view on successful digital modernization principles. You'll be adept at identifying "land and expand" opportunities to drive larger transformational programs.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor small, multi-disciplinary teams of practitioners on complex projects, contributing to your career advancement in one of the fastest-growing IT consulting businesses globally.

• Proven ability to build new business within existing client logos, collaborating effectively with Consulting Partners across various industries to identify and close Data & AI opportunities.
• Deep technical skills and hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, methodologies, and applications.
• Strong proficiency with Hyperscaler cloud platforms, including Azure, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Demonstrated success combining consulting, selling, implementation, and managed services expertise.
• Proven ability to communicate and present complex technical and business content to all levels of an organization, particularly C-suite executives, driving transformation and growth.
• Established history of developing and expanding client relationships with an executive focus.
• Extensive experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans for data and AI initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, economics, engineering, or computer science.
• Master's degree in a similar field or an MBA is preferred.
