Job Details
Role: Customer Service Representative Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Shift timings: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Different schedules after training 8-5, 10-7, 12-9, the managers will assign the shift as per the business need. Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of experience in a call center or collections environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving inquiries, and assisting with payment collections in a professional and courteous manner.Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or collections role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred:
Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
