The Operations Systems Integration Manager will work with current performance and enhance gaps in our ERP/EDI platforms as well as our planning platform. This position is our systems owner and will be responsible for setup, configuration, process definition, testing, and daily support for all ERP/EDI-related enhancements or new projects related to Sales, EDI, Finance, and Supply Chain.
The position will report mostly to the VP of Supply Chain as well as VP of Finance, located in Miami, FL.
Main Key Projects:

SAP Maintenance and Enhancement Implementations (SD/MM/FI/CO) + Reporting
-
EDI setups and updates with current retail Trading Partners and SPS and/or MuleSoft
-
3PL WMS connectivity and enhancements
-
Planning System Integration: Anaplan administrator responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Anaplan platform
For the systems above, the manager is responsible for:
-
User Access & Security: Manages authorized user credentials, monitors for unauthorized access, and ensures compliance with usage restrictions

Performance Monitoring: Conducts proactive reviews of performance using automated tools and validates enhancement designs
-
Support & Updates: Coordinates service updates, feature rollouts, and support policy changes. Ensures that updates do not materially diminish client rights
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
-
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) connects different databases and workflows used by business applications. This ensures consistent use of information and reflects changes across systems, eliminating redundant data entry and errors

Design and architect solutions which often require complex system integration
-
Ensure trading partner connectivity via EDI platform/providers interfacing with ERP. Create and integrate maps and processes within EDI systems
-
Serve as subject matter expert for implementation and integration of EDI transaction maps
-
Support core modules across the ERP including: GL, AR, AP, CE, PO, FA, PA, INV, OM, iProcurement, etc., including security maintenance, system configuration, and integration
-
Review and determine how to ensure data quality using existing software control mechanisms; coordinate and perform routine maintenance and application updates
-
Work with internal stakeholders and internal/external ERP development teams in coordinating system-wide updates and installing upgrades and patches, including direct interaction with customers/retailers

Correctly enter data in the ERP system from predefined sources/templates following company rules and agreements and respecting quality system and safety rules

Anaplan Project Setup & Data Integration: Initial data imports typically via flat files; ensure proper data transformation and manual uploads via Anaplan UI (automated data flows may be out of scope depending on project)

Collaboration with Anaplan System Integrators: Acts as liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Allitix) to scope customizations, clarify data elements, and coordinate capability builds

Anaplan Application Architecture Support: Advises on supply chain application design, configuration, and enhancement strategy; participates in design sessions and workshops to align on future architecture roadmap

Anaplan Change Management: Supports development of change management plans with project sponsors, ensuring minimal disruption during implementation

Management of issue resolution; administer issue tracking and change requests
-
Make necessary corrections and problem solving to ensure data accuracy and resolve production flow issues
-
Manage the integrity of security design and engineering for ERP applications and systems, including backup and recovery processes
-
Assist in enhancing data structure, accuracy, effectiveness, and reporting
-
Install, configure, maintain (upgrade and patch) an ERP database
-
User access administration at all system levels
-
Create and maintain security roles
-
Administration of all development and production environments; responsible for end-to-end testing from Order to Cash and P2P for ERP/EDI
-
Monitor performance of production systems and recommend/develop improvements
-
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications technical and administrative support activities
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
-
Five or more years of SAP Implementation or Project Management Experience: Ability to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively across departments
-
Five or more years of EDI work experience required
-
Two or more years of Data Management, SQL Server Management experience required
-
ERP project or platform support experience on at least one ERP implementation project, SAP
-
Versed in core SAP ERP processes, data objects, and standard reporting methodologies
-
Expertise with 3+ data domains across Commercial, Finance, Order to Cash
-
Understanding of data frameworks across Enterprise Master Data, Operational Master Data, Transactional Data
-
Strong understanding of Anaplan's modeling environment, including workspace setup, model building, and integration points; familiarity with data analytics concepts ingestion, modeling
-
Security & Compliance: Familiarity with controls, data privacy, and platform usage restrictions
-
Understanding of analytics use cases for Operational Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Analytics
-
Data Governance: Responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of client data
-
Continuous improvement mindset; comfortable constructively challenging the status quo and seeking ways to improve processes and results

Strong industry knowledge and business acumen
Desired Qualifications:
-
Degree in data science; master's and/or PhD strongly preferred
-
Strong communication skills with ability to level up/level down for strategic & tactical conversations
-
Related industry experience in Luxury, Beauty, or Retail Consumer Goods
-
Prior Experience leading an ERP Workstream, functional or project management
-
Prior Experience with Data Reporting & Analytics
-
Well-versed in SAP HANA S/4 data objects & structures + Anaplan modeling, reporting
-
Execution of data operational processes and data lifecycle activities
-
Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms & tools (Fiori, Azure, Tableau, PowerBI)
-
Familiarity with sensitive, highly restricted data sets
-
Experience working with Microsoft Azure stack
-
Experience with acquisitions and divestitures; Systems integration experience
-
Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning multiple functions
-
Must be an expert in Data analysis, particularly troubleshooting orders
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience for data comparison and error identification
-
At least 5 years of supply chain systems experience
-
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Anaplan is a plus
