Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Proven experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange and Outlook issues
Strong knowledge of desktop environments and email client configurations
Familiarity with Exchange server management and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and explain technical concepts
Knowledge in Information technology process
Experience in managing O365 is an add-on

Job Duties:
Provide technical support for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook-related issues on desktop environments
Troubleshoot and resolve user tickets related to email configuration, connectivity, and performance
Assist users with email setup, migration, and synchronization issues
Diagnose and fix problems related to email delivery, spam filtering, and mailbox management
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Exchange services
Maintain and update documentation related to Exchange and Outlook support procedures
Monitor and manage Exchange server health and performance
Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent potential issues
Stay updated with the latest Exchange and Outlook features, updates, and best practices
Handle Tickets in Remedy and adhere with SLAs
